Shipping Destinations
- We ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and US territories.
- International shipping is not available at this time. Orders with non-US shipping addresses will be canceled, and payments will not be processed.
Shipping Methods
- All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for reliable and cost-effective delivery.
- We offer standard shipping options, including USPS First-Class Mail for lightweight packages and USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery on larger orders.
- During checkout, you'll see available shipping options based on your order weight and destination.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
- Delivery Time:
- USPS First-Class Mail: 3-5 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
- Total estimated time from order placement to delivery: 4-8 business days, depending on your location and selected method. Please note that delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues—we appreciate your patience.
- We ship from our warehouse in California, so delivery times may vary by region (e.g., faster to West Coast addresses).
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard rates start at $5.99 for First-Class Mail and $8.99 for Priority Mail.
- Free shipping is available on orders of CA$150 or more (CA addresses only).
- All costs are in USD and include basic packaging and handling.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
- Track your package directly on the USPS website (usps.com) or through the link in your email.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
- No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our research materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.
- Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing us immediately. If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: In rare cases of damage or loss, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with photos and details. We may offer a replacement at our discretion, subject to investigation with USPS.
- Address Errors: Ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- 24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order has already started fulfillment, this may not be offered. Contact us at [email protected] to submit your request.

- Customs or duties do not apply to US domestic shipments.
